app store updates empty screen

Hi,

 

in the appstore  my updates screen ist empty, allthough new updates seem to be available (displayded via the liitle box with the numer of available updates).

 

I did already:

  • logged in and out my apple account/id
  • restarted the device
  • update the latest SW version (6.1.2) - after that

    I've switched between tabs in the app store. (the Featured and Top Charts show content and I can search for apps, so I know it's getting internet connection), killed the app from the task bar and restarted several times, shut down the device normally at least twice, forced a reboot with power/home at least once, still showing 2 updates, and the white (blank) updates screen.  I'm using an iPhone4S with 6.1.2  I only noticed the problem with 6.1.2, but it's possible the problem was there before.  Before upgrading to 6.1.2, I had upgraded to 6.1.1, and before that 6.1  I'm fairly quick to upgrade

    Update it on Itunes or the newest IOS could be messing that up Just update on itunes

    My iPad2 was updated to 6.1.2, while my iPhone 4s was still was at 6.1.1. They both did the same thing, blank screen on updates. I did update some apps on both devices last night with no issues. Now I have 6 updates on the iPad, 2 on the iPhone.  I've logged out of apple id, then shut down iPad, then logged back in to apple id.  Nothing seems to work.  I upgraded my phone to 1.6.2 and still same thing.

    I also have notifications on my iPad mini and iPhone 4S. I updated to 6.1.2 yesterday. I get a blank screen when I try to update apps on those devices. However, the update link on iTunes on my iMac, which worked yesterday, does not work this morning. Keep pushing check for updates button, and it's like it's not connected anymore.

    The problem could very well be on Apple's end...maybe a server issue with the App Store. I just checked my iPhone 5 updates under Wi-Fi and get nothing but a white "Updates" screen with the busy cog spinning endlessly. Everything else loads fine...web pages & all other aspects of the iTunes Store. Updates is the only thing that is not working.

    Checking the System Status page (http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/) show no issues, however it may not have been updated/Apple is not yet aware of the issue.

    Ever since the 6.1.2 update I've been having the same problem. All the other tabs work fine, but the update screen remains blank and white while it show a badge icon saying I have 1 new update that I cannot access

    I have the same problem with white screen on updates page ) i found a solution. You need to off all subscription in podcasts and back to appstore and try to tap Updates ..and it will show all you updates

    I faced the Same Issue. It is resolved by changing the language at Settings-->General-->International-Language. Change the Current Language ( I have changed it from British English to English). Then after a succesful change, Go to Appstore- Updates. The Issue is resolved. Now go back to your original Setting (if required)
