Hi folks... does anyone here know if iMovie can handle the following... or suggest a good app from the app store that can do this?

Basically, I have a video of someone watching TV, the camera is in a fixed position and does not move... I'd like to be able to cut out the TV screen and place another video into it?, It would involve a bit of distorting as the TV in the video is sitting at an angle?

If that's not possible, the other option I was thinking about was having the person watching TV as just a screenshot/image, cut out the TV and have it as a layer, but again it would mean having the video behind the layer distorted to suit the shape of the TV and downscaled compared to the overall shot?

I would prefer to do the first option, and have both videos play, that's the main one of the TV and then video inside the TV screen... but I'm not sure what program would allow this and how it could be done?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
