Q: For some reason, my iTunes account on iPad is in Spanish....!  ?

I have checked language in general settings is set to UK English, and yet all my App Store and iTunes accounts are in Spanish. On my MacBook it is all correct. The issue is only on new iPad

 

I also receive apple emails in Spanish!.

 

Any ideas or do I need a phrase book?
