Today purchased Iphone5 in Vienna. The power button sopped working after a couple of clicks. Three hours after the purchase I went back to the shop (of the Orange Telecomunication Company at Kagran) they refused to replace it saying that is the policy of Apple. It was sent to Apple for reairs (for up to 14 days).  With such attitude Apple will become bunkropt. Oleg

It is the policy of Apple to refund your money within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. It is also the policy of Apple to repair or replace faulty iPhones for a period of one year under their standard warranty.

If you purchased yours from the Orange Telecommunication Company at Kagran, your complaint lies with them.

    Orange lied to you.

As pointed out above, what you were told is not Apple policy.

You shouldn't do business with shady companies that lie to customers.

If Apple has an Apple Retail store in Vienna take it to them for replacement

Although generally in law your issue is with Orange

but Apple will always look at an iPhone and handle the issue if

that is a easier soluion for the customer

The Genius bar is open to all Apple users

Do you know of any company that has never sold a single "faulty" product?

Strangely if anyone did bother to make a device to zero defects standards

no one here could ever afford one ,that would solve their problems
