The method will vary dependent on the type of e-mail account, and you have not given any information about that.
Which is it?

Are these IMAP mail accounts? If they are then create a new mail account with the configuration of the account you wish to migrate. The new account will pick up everything from the mail server.

Hello and thanks for considering my question.
It is a POP account. So It's not an issue for me to have the 2 computers next to each others and copy in the receiving one the information about the account I want to migrate. The difficutlty is how to move reveided and sent emails from the one computer to the other.
Thanks in advance.

Then the only way to preserve a POP account is to copy the /Home/Library/Mail/ folder from one computer to the other. If your intention is to merge messages from the one account to the other then you can use file sharing to mount the other computer's drive so you can access it. On your Mail select Import Mailboxes from the File menu. Select the Apple Mail option. In the dialog that appears navigate to the /Home/Library/Mail/V2/ folder and select the Mailboxes folder. Click on the Import/Open button. Select the mailboxes you want to import. This will import all the selected mailboxes into a separate category in your Mail application. You can then distribute the data however you want.
Obviously, you could also copy the mailboxes you want to your computer and import them.
