Cannot open document

We have a Pages doc that seems to be hung. You cannot open on the MacBook and on the iPad it appears to be in a perpetual state of attempting to upload it.

How can I fix this?

    Reboot your iPad.

     

    Make certain you have the latest Pages 1.7.1 for IOS installed, and Pages '09 v4.3 on your MacBook.

     

    In System Preferences > iCloud on your Mac, disable Documents & Data, Sign-out of iCloud, re-enable Documents & Data and sign back into iCloud.

     

    Try accessing the same Pages file on the iPad first. Close it, and access it on OS X. I have had the same file opened on IOS and OS X and watched changes replicate within the open document in either direction.
