I suggest you contact AT&T. They are the only ones who can approve and make sure your unlock is ready.

i did restore as a new .. no luck.
and i am no longer at&t costumer.
when i call them they recognize my number
and says contact with new carrier.. and my new carier is
straight talk they dont know what to do.
my issue actually i cant use MMS. i have internet, messages,call.. but
no picture message. thats why i have to unlock my phone
