I`m a Aperture user and need to edit my Fuji X-E1 RAW files.

Aperture does not offer support even though Apple has all the information they need

given to them by Fuji.

Are Apple going to support the X-Trna sensored camera?

It`s a fast growing market.

Aperture 3, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

We are users, not developers. We do not know what Apple has planned for the Fuji Sensors.

I wonder if the Bayer Matrix is so embeeded in the RAW decoding that they cannot easily handle non-Bayer sensors.

If as your profile is saying you are running OS X 10.6.8 that is not the best way to get support for the news cameras. The last couple of updates for new camera did not go that far back so you may want to consider upgrade the version OS X you are running.
