Same problem here. I have an iPhone 3GS, working like a charm with 6.1.1. Then I updated to 6.1.2 and, after a few days I realized Wifi was not working when I'm farther than 3-4 m from the router (I didn't realized before because at work I have the AP right above me, and I haven't had time to "play" with mobile (3G connection works well so I still received notifications, etc).
Is there any way to revert and install 6.1.1 again?

Alejandro Perez.. try doing what MODULAR747 said... and also try to make a hard restart of the phone by pressing both Home and Off button holding... (By reboot I mean holding the home button and pressing the on/off button until the apple logo appears)
But i have notised that everytime i go to Wi-Fi at office it wont connect automatically like b4. I need to do the same thing what MODULAR747 said... and when back to home Wi-Fi... again i had to repeat it...
Its a ------ kinda work...
APPEL needs to hire people from SamSung...

Actually, what you descibe is called a phone reset - not reboot, not "hard" anything. Using incorrect terminology is confusing to newbies.

I tried to do what he proposed modular 747 but unfortunately it does not work: if I'm near the router gives me full signal, but if I move away literally one step the power down and if I do another step I lose my connection to the wifi network. update ... that *****, I hope apple resolves soon as this problem

It does not work for me too .
The fact is that I think I remember it was working with 6.1.2 for a while (I'm not sure about this, though), right after installing it. For this reason, just in case it was caused by any humidity damage (I got a shower with the iphone in the batroom, and ended up with a lot of condensed water on the screen), I have put my phone inside a big bunch of rice . It will be there for a couple of days. Let me know if you are able to fix the problem by other method.

Guy follow the steps again
1. Settings > WiFi > your network > forget this network > set it up again
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings...
Then make phone reset... I mean holding the home button and pressing the on/off button until the apple logo appears...
it works..i did this step 3-4times.. in a day.. for continous 3days.,. now.. its working same lke b4.. try doing these setps and have patients it solves/fixes itself up...
