When I go to iTunes library (iTunes 11) on my new computer, I only see some of my music from my library (which is backed up on an older computer that has iTunes 10 or 9). There isn't any specific system to what music is showing up (doesn't matter how I downloaded it); why isn't my entire iTunes music library shown in the cloud?

Music is not synced to the cloud. In iTunes 11, yes. Music is stored online, but this is a function of the iTunes store, not the cloud.  Only purchased content from the iTunes store will be available on the cloud.  If a song is downloaded from the cloud to your computer, or already exists as a file on your computer, then it will show up as a song that is not on the cloud, but just on your computer.   However, if you remove these songs from itunes and from the computer, and then restart iTunes, they will show up as being "on the cloud".

    Cheers!

This seems like an act of faith. Once your content is deleted from iTunes and your PC why will it then show up in iCloud?
