Ipod in recovery mode. The iPod is not able to be recovered or restored as the message "Make sure your internet connection is active or try again." I have tried the suggestion on the Apple support and am still receiving this message. Any suggestions.
I could recover the iPod on another computer but am concerned that files were not backed up recently and many new purchases will be lost. Any suggestions.
