Q: Mac book Lap top

i bought a Mac book raptop from a friend in south africa but i live in zambia, the problem i have with this computer is that it has no office, floppy disk drive does not work properly. the operating system is there.

how can overcome this problem.

Microsoft Office 2011 can be purchased online from their web site to download and install.

I presume you are talking about the optical drive (CD/DVD drive) as MacBooks have never had a drive capable of using floppy disks.
