iTunes error message -1202 headaches and more since updating

Since updating iTunes on my MacBook Pro (OS 10.7.5) the iTunes store hasn't been loading properly.

See image.




Currently using iTunes 11.0.2, but it worked just as crappy with the previous version.


Any activity has yieded the following error message for weeks.




Haven't found much help in online searches so far.

My solution for the past few months is to just not use the iTunes store.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated - thanks.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
