Apple Configurator is an application for Mac OS X and does not relate to Wi-Fi. Go to Settings > General > Network if you want to connect to your Wi-Fi.

I do not have a screen that lets me enter my wifi password. I am soooo frustrated. It sees the local network, but can't get on the internet. Have tried wired & wireless. Have had it for about a year, worked flawlessly. Three weeks ago it quit working. Even got a new moderm from the cable compay. Nothing.

Does your Internet service have a device limit? Sometimes your ISP will put a limit on how many devices can connect to your modem.

I was at 10 or 15 & the cable company thought of that so now I am at 250. I can see it on the modem device list. But there is no where to enter my password. I did this a year ago & it was no problem. I can't even remember when or where I entered the password before because it was no trouble & a year ago. I have restored & instaled the new software dozens of times. It askes for language then goes straight to connecting, then the screen that says it can't connect to the internet.
I do appriciate your help.
