Mar 1, 2013 4:58 AM in response to andavallby The hatter,yes and yes and those FBDIMMs work in a 2008. They do suffer from stress, hot and cold cycles and more so if they were not kept below 70*C they do tend to fail, and you should be boosting fans by a few 100 rpms.

And you should have replaced the gpu unless you have 8800GT and it is working fine, otherwise, ATI 5770 from Apple is a good choice.
