Well no it's not, because when Snow Leopard came out, to upgrade, you had to purchase the DVD upgrade and order it like that.
Since Snow Leopard came out the Mac App Store has come along and Lion is available for purchase via the Mac App Store, so you purchase it from there and it installs directly onto your Mac without the need to purcahse the DVD.
That is what Apple have done now, so it only supplies the individual apps that you can purcahse from the app store on new Lion based Macs. That is why they only come with GarageBand, iPhoto and iMovie, which is what is available in the app store. iWeb and iDVD are not available there and Apple is withdrawing support for iWeb so the only way in which you can get iWeb is to purcahse the iLife 11 boxed set from the Apple Store - this does contain both iWeb and iDVD.

I just recently bought a macbook pro and according to the info of software this should be included
Apple's award-winning suite of digital lifestyle applications, including:
Note: Other software may or may not be included (pre-installed or on CD's/DVD's) with refurbished products, subject to availability.
The one i'm after is iweb but i cant seem to find it. can anybody help me?

New Macs with Lion preinstalled do not include iDVD or iWeb. They have been discontinued. The only way to get either of those applications in their last offered version is to purchase a boxed iLife 09 or iLife 11 disk. Both have the latest and last version of those two apps.
You can get a copy from Amazon.com: iLife 11 or eBay.com. Prices seem to be rising like gas prices as the supply declines.

Well no, iWeb won't be included in that suite and has not been included in that suite by Apple for sometime now.
If you had read my post you would see that my post answers your question and also the whole of this thread is about exactly the same thing and that question has been answered.
Again - Apple no longer ships iWeb as part of iLife and has not done so for sometime now. If you want iWeb, then you will have to go and purcahse either the iLife 09 or iLife 11 boxed sets from Amazon, both of which contain iWeb 09, which is the latest version of iWeb. Either you do this or if you have an old Mac that you still have the installation CD's for, then you can install iWeb from those.

This is NOT a download link, so please don't post misleading information. This is a link to an iWeb 09 upgrade link and will ONLY work if you have iWeb 09 installed on your Mac in the first place and not otherwise. It also has to be iWeb 09 and will not work with iWeb 08 either.
iWeb 09 is NOT available to be downloaded - not the full application. If you want the full application, then you will now have to purchase either the iLife 09 or iLife 11 boxed set from Amazon.
