As the title says, my itunes account is syncing photos onto my ipad & iphone that shouldn't exist.

Here is an example.  I went to a Flower Show today and took 150 pics.  I came home and deleted a decent bit of the pics I didn't like and edited the ones I did like.  I go over to itunes and hit sync and it syncs all 150 photos.  I restarted everything and unsynced them off and synced them back on, and on the right side of the event title in itunes I notice it still says 150 pics.

The reason why my head is gonna explode is because I have deleted those other photos off of every part of my mac I can think of.  They're not in iPhoto anymore, they're not in the trash of iphoto, and they're not in the trash of the computer.

As an aside, itunes is also no longer syncing my videos along with my photos even though they're in the correct format... probably for another thread but I felt like being efficient.

My dearest Apple community, any help is appreciated!!!!
