On February 11th I purchased the black/slate iPhone 5 from an APPLE Authorized Reseller (iStore Tunisia) at full retail price. It's been three weeks now. Yesterday after removing the case for the first time ever(i didn't use it without a case) I noticed some scuffs and dents on the lower part, they are really ugly! So I called iStore, they advised me to go the nearest iStore. So after 1 hour of waiting in line they told that they need to contact Apple first before replacing my iPhone because they cannot do anything without contacting Apple. They told me that me they will call me after two days. What if Apple denies the replacement? Can I get a full refund since I am still within 30 days of its purchase? I am really not satisfied this iPhone 5:( sorry for my English.
