Have you confirmed that the Samsung is connected to the network or can see it? Did it have a static IP address or are you using DHCP from the network? Confirm the network settings on the TV and you will probably see the issue. My guess is the network IP range has changed.

I've just unplugged and reset the setting on my TV now too. Oddly, it reconnected to the internet. Found software updates and installed them. Let's me login to my Samsung SmartTV account but will not display my Amazon Prime or Netflix widgets anymore. Nor can it connect to download them. Same error messages.
I just don't get it.

Hi Turner.. don't worry i had the same problem it is nothing to do with your modem or wifi.. Samsung Smart Hub servers are down (not working).. its stupid that the error message does not tell correctly. I googled it and found that the issue is with many others having the samsung TV's. accounding to the post on CNET the issues will be solved in 2-3 days time until then Smart Hub will not work...
