Why does it take an hour or two to down load a movie that I have either rented or purchased?

The time it takes to download a movie depends on your internet speed. I just downloaded a movie on my Mac last night, and it took an hour an a half....

The faster your internet speed, the faster it will download....

Thank you Gail,

We have the fastest internet offered which was an upgrade. It seems this may be one of the draw backs of having apple TV unless someone else can tell me how to get the movies faster . . .
