No problem. As always, feel free to use the 'Provide iBooks Author Feedback' menu item for features you'd like Apple to add, things to update in the future, etc.
Good luck w/your book(s).

I'm trying to deliver my book to Apple, and i had the same message error as you:
ERROR ITMS-9000: "A5809-7_Math_Venture_3rd_Operations-Sample.ibooks: The book asset contains file(s) not listed in the OPF manifest: A5809-7_Math_Venture_3rd_Operations-Sample.ibooks:/OPS/assets/widgets/Savoir Re?gularite? dans la table english-3.kpf/images-1/s5.b.jpeg. All files must be listed in the OPF manifest, or there is no way to confirm that they are intended for distribution. For more information refer to http://idpf.org/epub" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)
Did you figure out if the problem is really because of the way we named the files? (no dot, no accent, etc)

as Tom wrote: there are rules and regulation when naming a file that shall be part of your book. User a-to-z, numbers and/or "-" or "_". No special characters; plus: no spacing in the name!
