You'd have to address Apple - these are user to user forums and no Apple employees here. Additionally, your type of question would need to be answered by their legal department - there is no way for another user to be able to help with the legalities of gambling.

Which category do you think applies? The only one I see relating to apps requires information not applicable. I tried 'other' and it takes you round in circles. There doesn't seem to be any way to simply send an email to their legal dept.

How about the "legal" category here:

I have been there. When you click legal contacts you have to pick a category. As none apply to my problem I am left with 'other' and this only seems to take you back to 'visit contact website'. I am then back where I started. It only takes you in circles. There does not seem to be any way to send them an email unless it fits there categories.

You are talking about mobile device apps, so pick a mobile device - iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
Don't expect a reply.

Apple's legal department would probably just ignore any such comments. I'd suggest the iTunes Store request page:
Again, you will not receive a reply.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did post on 'Website Feedback'. I think it would be a long shot for it to have any effect though. Wouldn't put my money on it.

I have just tried expresslane.apple.com. Will see if I get a response.
