Did you update Logic via Software Updates to 9.1.8?

Did you update any drivers (for your Audio/Midi interace for example)  to versions that work with Mountain Lion?

Have you tried starting up Logic in it's start without audio' mode?  Hold down Control and click on your Logic pro icon... If that works and Logic starts normally then see my previous comment about drivers... if it doesn't start up.. and you have updated to 9.1.8..

    Post up your crash log...

Finally, did you use Migration Assistant to move Logic from your old to your new computer? If so, time and time again this has been proven to be a 'bad thing' in a lot of cases...

It is better in the long run to reinstall Logic (and any 3rd party plugins) from scratch on a clean install of your Mac.. and then move your projects etc over manually...
