In any case, if you mean that you want to protect your passwords and other information should your iPhone be lost or stolen, there are a number of third-party apps for that purpose. I use 1Password, which I can sync among all my devices and computers and am quite satisfied with it, but there are other, similar products you can look into.
For future questions, it really helps if you're completely explicit about what you are asking. Otherwise we have to keep either guessing or trying to get the necessary information from you.
