Mar 8, 2013 2:33 PM in response to Grundleinkby dalstott,When booting with c held down you get to a screen before selecting install. There is a menu bar at the top with a Utilities menu toclick on and select Disk Utility. You select the entire drive and erase. Check under Partition/Options that you have a GUID Partition Table and that the Format is / OS X Extended Journaled. Quit and you are back to where you can start the installer.
