hi, everyone, I'm from China. I'm using an iphone 4s 16G black with a Trexta shell. I bought it in the Sanlitun Apple store, Beijing. Last night I wanted to change another shell. After I took off the Trexta shell, I found there was a sunken part which felt smooth by fingers on the back cover(the adge is not sunken). I've never dropped my iphone on the floor and there is no collision track you could see in the first picture. I thought it's like this when I bought it.

so I posted these on the biggest apple communities of China, but no one had seen this kind of problem before. Someone thought it's a plastic forming problem. In my opinion, the Apple products represent the best and perfect. If it's really a plastic forming problem, I can't believe it would happen on the iphone.

someone said "go to the Apple store and change a new one", but Apple customer service said, after 14 days, Appearance problems is not in the warranty scope.

someone suggested me to keep it as a souvenir, cause it's a small probability event.

someone joked that I can put my iphone on Ebay, it's an Apple with a bite, maybe someone want to buy it.

Have anyone seen the same problem before?

I hope you can understand what i'm saying, and forgive my poor English. Best wishes.
