Q: I can't retrieve my purchased audiobooks back to my iPhone after I had updated my phone.

Lost my audiobooks on my iphone3 when I updated my phone.

    Your audiobooks will only be where you put them.


    Certainly you did not update your iphone before transferring any purchases made on the iphone to your computer.

    THis seems to be a. Huge flaw with iTunes and iCloud... All other media purchases are available through the "purchased" tab on either iTunes or App Store... But not audio books.. I suggest using audible as all your purchases are visible and downloadable as well, they are cheaper.

    same happened to me - i could see them in ITunes on computer not on phone.

     

    Spoke to help desk and they showed me that i needed to turn on Home Share in both phone and on computer, then sync and they appeared in the '…more' menu at the bottom of Music app. An audio CD i had ripped appeared in my general Music play list.
