Take a deep breath. Yes, you can survive without your iPhone. You didn't always have one.
This is a user-to-user forum. Saying we "better help" you is, perhaps, not the best way to get help. Please explain what you're trying to do, what is actually happening, what error messages you have received and what troubleshooting steps you have already taken. It would also be useful if you let us know which iPhone you have.
