Q: I have purchased a iphone 5 10.02.2013 in Jurong point, singapore. The camera shutter does not open since yesterday even I tried to open front and rear but no action I can find.

My camera shutter does not open for still picture and video. Both front and rear camera does not work

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2
