I'm afraid your feed is not a valid podcast feed. It lacks the 'iTunes declaration' in the second line:
<rss xmlns:itunes="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd" version="2.0">
and there are no 'itunes:...' tags containins subtitle, summary and so on.
Your 'enclosure' tag is not properly formed:
<enclosure url="http://www.amdigitaltechnologies.com/podcast/1st stream.mp3" length="415" type="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
The length should be the file size in bytes, the type should be audio/mpeg and the charset shouldn't be there. Furthermore, the URL contains a space - this is not allowed in a URL and you need to replace it with something such as un underscore, or remove it altogether. In any case there is no file at that address, even allowing for the space.
This page on creating podcasts may help you - it includes a sample basic feed so that you can see what one should look like:

Thanks Roger, that worked. The only other question I have is I have submitted my podcast to Apple and the first episode is showing up but not the other three I have uploaded. Here's the link to my new RSS feed.

You Store page is at https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/roane-county-patch-21-video/id611770313?mt=2
The Store is not using the feed you linked to but the one at
However these appear to be identical. The feed contains five episodes: all five show in the Store and when subscribing.
