I already reset network settings,restored & rebooted my i4s. My phone bill is not past due. I've taken out my SIM card and repositioned it and I called Sprint tech support and recommended a restoring in which I already did. What else is there to do ? Also, texting is working but not all the time and Internet is working great. Thanks.
