If the item is crashing after an update this is likely to be a problem only the software developers can fix. Go to the App page for the Scrabble and look for any Developer/Support links, and send feedback.

Delete the app from the iPad and download again from App store on iPad
or delete also from iTunes and re-download ,
depending on whether you use iTunes or not
(a free service once you have purchased App )

Thank you. I deleted the app and reloaded and now it works just fine!
