The Airport Extreme card (that you linked) works with PowerMac 7,2 and 7,3 G5 (AGP graphics) machines.
PowerMac 11,2 G5 (dual core, PCIe graphics) use a special card like this.
You can use a USB wireless adapter like these:

Ok. Now this may be a dumb question, I'm not sure, but is Dual the same as Dual Core?
It reads Dual 2 GHz, and it is PowerMac 11,2.
Would that 'special card' work for that?

Dual Processor and Dual Core are not the same.
The Late 2005 G5 had single dual core processors in 2.0 and 2.3 GHz, with the Quad having dual dual core processors.
Earlier G5s were all pre-multi core processors, so would be dual processors.
If your machine is a PowerMac 11,2, the special Airport Extreme/Bluetooth module on the runway card (must have) is what your machine uses.
