HT5628 No support of Windows 8 for late 2009 iMac?

I have an iMac late 2009, 2,8 GHz and i wonder why Windows 8 is not supported by Apple. After only 3 years no support by Apple.

A Mac Pro from 2009 get support, why?

 

Thank you Apple, this was my last computer bought from you.
