TS1741 AirPlay always worked but today I can only get sound?  What can I do?

I have the latest IPad and have been viewing movies using AirPlay.  Watching movie from Amazon instant movies for the first time and there is no video but I do have audio.  How can I fix this?  Thank you.

iPad 3G, iOS 5.1.1
