I've purchansed iphone 5 2.5 months ago. After 2 months of very genle usage (in an otter box case), of course the phone wasnt rooted, it just stopped booting.
I happened right after last apple ios update. The store I bought the ihpone from told me that for warranty it is same as rooting the phone and this case doesnt covered by the warranty.
I'm new to iphones (android phone before).
Do they have the right to claim that official apple updates ar not coverred by warranty?
Is there someone in apple compaly I can contact with this store\importer details?
