Hi, i've found that i cant register any new devices with my timecapsule 2TB. Its setup as bridge mode and plugged into my fibre optic router via ethernet but i watn all my devices to connect to my timecapsule.

My mac,PS3 and existing iphones connect ok but i cant connect anymore IPAD, Iphones or windows machines and have to connect them to my fibre optic router. The wifi connection works on the time capsule but is there anything else i can look at?

Is there a limited number of IP addresses made available from the fibre router?

Since the TC is bridged it is not limiting the number of devices.. that would suggest the issue is elsewhere.

It is the wrong setup but put the TC in router mode for a bit and see if the issue stops.. if so then I think you need to expand the number of IP's available via the dhcp in the router.
