I've noticed quite a bit of lag when I right click in safari... 3-4 seconds.

Turning off Extensions seems to make the lag go away. When I turn them back on seems like the lag is gone, but then it comes back later... I can't figure out when, the return of the laggy behavior seems random.

I only have three extensions: AdBlock, Ghostry, and DuckDuckGo and none of the three seem to be the particular cause, only turing Extensions off completely seems to temporarily fix the problem.

Is anyone else having this issue?

If turning extensions off fixes the problem, then pretty obviously one or more of the extensions is causing it. Try disabling the extensions one at a time.

Updating to Safari 6.0.3 did not fix the issue for me... however disabling the Duck Duck Go extension in Safari DID resolve the issue.

Safari 6.0.5 in combination with the DuckDuckGo browser extension gives me a lag of 5 seconds as I right-click a link in the search results. I like DuckDuckGo a lot, but for now I had to turn off the extension. Will keep an eye on future udates though. Or is there a fix for this? If there is, I'm interested to hear about it.
