You haven't stated specifically what your problem is.
If you truly have a broken phone, I don't see why Apple Store wouldn't replace it as all iPhone 5's are under warranty still.

Some people have reported that if they set the WPA Pass Phrase on their router to a complex string, then their iPhone 5 will enable the option to connect to their network, but if the pass phrase is "too simple" the option remains greyed out on their iPhone. I don't have issues with the wifi on my iPhone 5, but then again, my WPA2 pass phrase is also non-trivial (about 28 characters, mixed case & punctuation included).
