since I updated ipad mini to 6.1.3 it shows "cannot connect to iTunes store" error.
i've tried everything and I think it could be kind of a network problem. my ipad is wifi only but i've tried to connect it with iphone 5 hotspot over 3G network, and I could update and download apps without a problem on ipad. going back on home wifi, still nothing. I did reset network settings on iPad, reset modem, still the same problem. also going in 'itunes & app store' settings - view apple ID, it wan't show up (over hotspot connection does!).
Manually changing IP and DNS settings on iPad also doesn't change anything.
i've updated iPhone to 6.1.3 and there is no problems at all.
