Mar 20, 2013 8:10 PM in response to DB Hansby John@Dallas,I have the same problem with Siri not being able to launch any apps. I have iphone 5 and IOS 6.1.2. I recall that I did a sync or backup to icloud and then doing a backup to my macbook using itunes. I think that this might have created the problem.
Thank you for the solution of deleting the two cache files and restarting. This did fix the issue for me.

Feb 4, 2014 4:23 PM in response to DB Hansby vngate09,I had the same problem too, but then I turned Siri off, turned off the iPhone, turned the iPhone back on, and then I turned Siri back on. I tried this on the iPad too and now they both work fine. :) Good luck.

Feb 17, 2014 11:28 AM in response to DB Hansby syahirul91,Have you jailbreaked your device before?and you ask siri to launch cydia app and suddenly all your apps cannot be launched through siri?i have this same kind of problem but now it is solved.First you need to go into iFileand find these 2 files/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist
Once you find them don't delete them just in case change them to /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore.bak /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist.bak
This basically renders them invisible, you can go and delete them later, always good to keep a backup
Once you have changed the name back out to Springboard and do a full reboot. Upon reboot you will notice all your stock apps are there and your installed cydia apps but NO appstore apps. DONT PANIC
Just sit back and chill as iOS will slowly rebuild your apps on the springboard. I have over 300 apps on mine so it took a couple of minutes. Once all your apps are showing give Siri a test.. Should work perfect.
Then go back into iFileand removed the filesyou changed to .bak
Done.. lemmie know how you go

My solution was to:
- Turn off Siri,
- Restart iPhone
- Turn on Siri.
Let's see how long it lasts.

Feb 9, 2016 6:51 AM in response to DB Hansby milotjuh,Same here on 6s on 9.2.1--Siri cannot find anything on my phone, but can pull online info. A reset network settings fixes the issues, but as soon as i turn on wifi the problem returns.
