Hi Chris, if you're directing me here: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/, it's completely useless.
So you could not contact iTunes Support at the link I posted?

Feb 13, 2013 9:02 AM in response to DrNoirby genchz,My Apple ID has been disabled for no reason when I was in vacation right I needed to download some apps of travel companies. I changed the password, applied all advices, emailed apple support, called US Apple support, called Netherlands Apple Support, used alive chat but NOTHING fixed the problem. It is 1 week and my ID is still disabled, more I cant use the apps I bought on my iphone. I had money in my gift card but it is gone now too.
All those things happen with such a "high standard" company. I am totally frustrated with Apple. They literally dont have a customer support department. Everybody directs the customer to somewhere else. When I open a case through the web form, it is automatically getting closed. It is all chaos, I hope this is not the beginning of the end for Apple brand.

when i click on the link posted by Chris and in your post, after checking the 'your apple ID has been disabled..' etc option, it takes me to a page where there is only two support options---one is a link to an article you can read and the other is a button to click on to email support. You did not get those options?
from the link in your post you go to > contact support, choose itunes store > account management option > apple id has been disabled for security reasons option > download article and/or email support
You did not get this?
At any rate, my experience and common experience is that emailing support is a waste of time.
Just call tech support (800-275-2273) and tell them what the problem is. If the person you get on the phone can't help or solve the problem, ask to speak to the security team.
I am assuming you already went to the apple website and reset your password there, but for some reason that didn't work. That's where they email you a link after you reset your password and you click on the link in the email and it takes you to a page where you're verified as the same person who reset the password, and then it works. Did you try that and it didn't work?
When i followed the instructions on my iphone to reset the password, like you, i tried three or more times, having to think of another new password each time, and every time, like you, i got the same error message, endless loop, but on the Apple website, there was a way to reset the password if you could answer the security questions that i described, or where you change the password and then get an email with a verification link. Those things weren't working for me either because i created the apple ID before they even used security questions, and because when i got the verification email, the verification link was dead.
At that point, i would say call support and insist on speaking to someone who can solve it. apparently they deal with this problem all day long and the cause of it can be different for different people.

Feb 15, 2013 12:45 AM in response to DrNoirby genchz,I called Apple support again. A lady held me on line for 20 minutes first then she found out she cant solve the problem and directed me to the security team. It took extra 15 minutes and he told me he contacted to iTunes but they cant enable my account and they dont know the reason. He said he will email me once he finds the reason but as expected he didnt. In the end, 35 minutes phone talk and my ID is still disabled. I am seriously giving up now. Apple literally stole my money in my iTunes card.

Mar 23, 2013 7:52 PM in response to DrNoirby icafe23,I have no idea why the great man stand behind the great success like steve job left us full of pain by delegating the job to the guy with low experience n knowledge to manage the giant company like apple as they have no positive solution like when steve still alived beside nlocking apple id to hurt customer feeling n losing money. Apple is now acting like a scammer n customers seem a victim of their weakness. I waste over 1000usd with the fking disabled apple id.
