What do you mean "troubleshooting problems"? If you want help, be specific about what issues are occurring.

While tryn to Download apps it takes 4 ever(I have to reload a couple of times & ths takes a long time b4 I can gt some result),my battery life is not lasting much like b4(rt now im not even using the phone much cuz of all this issues)! Tryn to go in the Internet aswell most of the times the page it evens times out. Sending pictures it'll show as being sent but my contact doesn't receive it till the 2nd or 3rd time of resending it. Also now that I try to do apps updates it has been taking up to 3 days on some of thm to update! I've even tried resisting my phone but it's not helping better these issues:-(!

Okay, so the issue is not "troubleshooting" because no troubleshooting has been done.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue has been resolved.
