Did you read the manual? Click Support at the top of this page, then click Manuals.
DId you insert a paperclip or similar into the eject hole on the side of the iphone by the SIM tray?

Mar 24, 2013 9:41 AM in response to Ragde7by Chamar,There should be a SIM eject tool in the box. Insert in the small hole on the right hand side of the iPhone to eject the tray. You have to get the correct angle.

I do not believe that a SIM eject tool has been provided for the past couple of years.

I had already tried with the paper clip. Now , I have finally found the tool, and pushed it at several angles with no result. I have tried with the phone on and off. I suppose I'll have to go back to the Apple Store tomorrow.
