Q: Can't print cd jewel case insert

I took your advice and gave them some feed back and I let them have it. I am soo mad and flustrated, however I thank all of you who leave comments and share your experience. It really helps!

Here we are 17th March and still no help from Apple on this itunes problem, I have just tried again and same result all titles are printed on top of each other. you would think that someone from tech support could at least explain the problem and let us know what if anything they are going to do about this.

My guess is the only people having problems are those not using an Apple system, no rush on their part.  There are several other "strings" discussing the same issue so it is affecting a lot more people than you think.

This is a problem for everyone using the ITunes desktop software

Good riddance Apple, looking foward to the new Galaxy in April, its no wonder that Samsung has taken over. Amazon tunes work great and if you have a problem they will fix it.

Just fired off ANOTHER email to the Apple feedback address. Would be nice to get some sort of response from them here so we know they're aware and that I'm not wasting my time anticipating that a new version is forthcoming. I'm beginning to think this issue won't be fixed anytime soon, if ever.

They weren't in any hurry to correct it when they messed it up last time, so I would assume they won't be in any hurry this time.  Thankfully I was receiving email notifications on this discussion from the previous problem and read entries from this site before I upgraded.  I'm still on 11.0.1.12.

I'm on iTunes 11.02.26. Same problem printing playlists & CD inserts, on 2 different computers (1 PC, 1 laptop), 2 different versions of Windows software (Windows 7, Windows 8), and 2 different printers (2 different Epsons). I've used this feature for many years, w/o problems until a few months ago and am appalled that Apple can't get this resolved in over 3 months. Apple needs to stop blaming everyone else for a glitch in Apple's iTunes software. This is an absurdly long string on what should not be so hard to fix.

Many in this thread have sent messages to www.apple.com/feedback . Not that it has done any good. They need to send an updated version of iTunes with an appropriate fix. They fixed this same problem when it existed before, but then updated again without the fix. Gotta love that corporate IQ.

Think I may be a latecomer, but it works if you create a playlist first, then select it, then print from that.  Hope this helps someone.

@bogeyfoto: I only use this function from a playlist, I've tried repeatedly to print either the songlist or jewel case insert, and get the same jumbled useless result.

I'm assuming iTunes 11.02 on Mac.  If different please tell me.

Can you not print it as a PDF either?
