Q: AX was working fine. Did a hard reset so i could put in on my new network for Airplay only.  Now when i plug it in, light goes green, to amber to flashing amber and then shuts off.  Was working perfectly before hard reset.  What is wrong ?

i've tried a hard reset. I've tried other outlets. It may be dead but too coincidental as it was working just fine until i changed my router and network name.

Try a Factory Default Reset on the AX as a last resort as follows:

Power off the AX for a few minutes

Hold in the reset button first, and continue to hold it in for 9-10 seconds while you simultaneously plug the AX back in to power

Release the reset button after the 9-10 hold period.

The AX will normally flash green for a second, then stay solid amber for 30-40 seconds and switch to slow blinking amber.

If the AX continues to shut down after several tries using a Factory Default Reset, the AX is defective and will need to be replaced.
