Mar 26, 2013 5:28 PM in response to barkassby Bob Timmons,Try a Factory Default Reset on the AX as a last resort as follows:
Power off the AX for a few minutes
Hold in the reset button first, and continue to hold it in for 9-10 seconds while you simultaneously plug the AX back in to power
Release the reset button after the 9-10 hold period.
The AX will normally flash green for a second, then stay solid amber for 30-40 seconds and switch to slow blinking amber.
If the AX continues to shut down after several tries using a Factory Default Reset, the AX is defective and will need to be replaced.
