This is a user to user forum: you aren't talking to Apple here and no-one on here can help you. I assume you've checked your back emails?
Apple's word on the subject says:
You can retrieve purchased registration keys with these steps:
- Visit the Apple Online Store.
- Click "Account" in the upper-right corner.
- On the "Your Account" page, click "View Order History".
- Enter your Apple ID and password.
You can only retrieve a lost QuickTime Pro key if you purchased it through the Web. In most cases, the key will be identical to the key you lost.
If you purchased your QuickTime Pro upgrade from another source, the key is not available for retrieval and you must purchase another key from The Apple Store.
If you have already tried this and cannot find it, you can only contact the Store and ask them.24 inch iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 13 inch Macbook Pro (10.6.8)

Apple keep purchase information for up to 18 months, aafter that it is deleted. If you did not keep a copy of the registration details you will have to purchase a new code.
