In North America, OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard) disk is available from Apple. Perhaps an Apple dealer in Turkey could help you to get this?

What model Macbook do you have, and what OS was on it?

This is the page where you buy OS 10.6 directly from Apple.

Your computer came with OS 10.5. To upgrade to OS 10.6 you have to pay for it. We all did.

In order to do what you want to do "i want to delete and everything and restart my system" you need the OS disk.

If you do not have the original disk, you will have to get a replacement. There is no way around this. If your friend bought 10.6, you can use his disk. If it is lost I do not know how it can be replaced at no cost. You will have to pay for a new disk.
