Not able to Use FaceTime:

Here are the steps I followed to activate my FaceTime:


1.Seeting> facetime> enter Apple iD Screen opens up.

2. i enter the apple id and pass word hit signin button

3. next screen appear with question "People will call you using like to use?" and the email selected. I hit the NEXT button.

4. it says "Verifying" and the first screen appears back i.e enter your apple id stuff....



I tried with my appleId, tried creating another appleid with the link button "Create new Apple ID" and still the same behaviour.


Same thing is happening with Messages also.


Please Help on this.

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3
