If you are talking about the internal hard drive, it is already setup for you and you do not need to partition it again.
If you want to setup an external hard drive, attach the hard drive, open Disk Utility, found in Applications > Utilities, and then choose the hard drive from the left sidebar, click Partition in the button bar in the center of the main panel, and fill in the on-screen information: name for the partition, format (default is Mac HFS Extended (Journaled)) and Partition table (default is GUID) and then apply that and the drive will be partitioned and formatted for the Mac OS X.

You can dynamically add new partitions to a boot disk. As Kappy inquired, let the OP respond with what he's trying to accomplish.27" i7 iMac SL, Lion, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3), G4 450 MP w/Leopard, 9.2.2

i did repair the disk, but it shows "error: this disk doesn't contain an efi sytem, backup your data and partion this disk"
When i try partion disk from 2 to 1 partion, i'm not able to choose 1. I need to get 1 partion and then start the windows installation.

I cannot help you with the Windows problem. Actually, you could have installed the drivers at any time after you installed Windows.
But you can only remove the Boot Camp partition properly using Boot Camp Assistant. If you used Disk Utility that can lead directly to the problem you describe. It may only be fixable by repartitioning the entire drive back to one partition which will erase all your OS X software.
